The lecturer, PaedDr. Eva Gáboríková, PhD., ACC, M.A., taught the participants how to prevent misunderstandings that can arise from differences between cultures, how to cultivate values that are key to professional cooperation and cross-culturally shared, and gave space for an interesting discussion on personal experiences with differences between national cultures.
On 24 May 2022, a workshop "Gender Perspective in the Management of the Faculty of Science" was held at the Campus. Lecturer Mgr. Ing. Tomáš Pavlas provided the supervisors with basic information in the field of gender equality, he also focused on the historical context and the changes in society that have occurred since the beginning of the 20th century and which have had a major impact on the current perception of gender roles.
We thank all participants for their enriching discussions and we would like to invite faculty’s supervisors to the last pre-holiday labour law training on 21 June 2022 at Kotlářská and 24 June 2022 at the Campus.
