The relation of membrane structures, particularly Fc gamma receptors to the severity of clinical manifestation and to the efficacy of gammaglobulin therapy in patients with primary immunodeficiency will be analysed in the study. A part of the study include the investigation of Fc gamma receptor polymorphisms in patients with primary immunodeficiency.
