The aim of the project is deposition of carbon nanostructured materials, especially carbon nanotubes and nanocrystalline diamond films. These materials will be prepared by two methods belonging to chemical vapor deposition (CVD), i.e. hot filament CVD and plasma enhanced CVD (PECVD).
