MU Application Regulations Agreement

We bring you information about a new application that simplifies sending regulations with which employees of the Faculty of Science MU should acquaint themselves on the basis of their work assignment and in relation to the obligations arising from the Labour Code. All employees will be requested to acquaint themselves with the selected MU regulations by a system email on June 30, 2022. The application Regulations Agreement will be available to all persons logged into the MU IS at the following link: https://is.muni.cz/auth/predpisy/.

Development Training for Supervisors of the Faculty of Science MU

In May 2022, as part of the implementation of the action plan of the HR Award project, we organised two training sessions for supervisors of the Faculty of Science of MU. Both trainings were funded by the project of the Ministry of Education, Human Resources Development and International Orientation of Research at MU.

HR Award News in the second half of 2021

In the past year 2021, which was affected by the pandemic also from the perspective of the HR Award project, especially in personal meeting opportunities, we continued to successfully implement the new HR strategy of the Faculty of Science MU. Gender audit at the Faculty of Science MU

As a part of the Faculty's revised HRS4R / HR Award SCI MUNI action plan, a Gender Audit was conducted at the Faculty of Science MU in May and June 2021. Its outputs will become the Faculty's basis for the MU Gender Equality Plan, which is a mandatory element of Horizon Europe from 2022. The audit was carried out by Open Society o. p. s.

During June 2021, we held information sessions on the updated HR Award/HRS4R SCI MUNI strategy for the period 2021-2023. We went over everything that has already been implemented in our action plan since 2019 and presented additional areas of focus for the next period.

European Comission has assessed implementation of the HR Strategy for Researchers at MUNI SCI

We are pleased to announce that we have received a positive appraisal from the European Commission of the faculty's self-assessment after 2 years. The EU has evaluated our Internal Review and Revised Action Plan that are part of the implementation of the new personnel strategy at the Faculty of Science - HRS4R, HR Excellence in Research Award.

The European Commission considers our HRS4R implementation to be embedded, robust, systematic and fully in line with the Action Plan.

We crossed together a project milestone in implementing the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers - HRS4R, HR Award at the Faculty of Science MU: We have submitted Self-Evaluation after 2 years to the European Commission – the Internal Review and the Revised Action Plan.
